6am Pick Up Hotel vista al Tortuguero

07:00 Embark on the boat trip into the jungle of Tortuguero National Park, were we will enjoy the breeze, beautiful jungles views and wildlife spotting learn about how nature works, and to get feel of our tropical rain forest, this trip will to take 1 hours till Tortuguero village

08:00 Arrival to Tortuguero Village.

Break fast time optional (additional) 

08:45 Canoe trip it is a ecological trip through the network of water ways (canals) it is one of the most exciting part of this tour, where its forests and waterways are home for such endangered mammals such as sloths, monkeys, agoutis, coatimundis and manatees. There are also abundant birds, such as toucans, trogons, egrets, herons and anhingas, as well as crocodiles, turtles and countless colourful butterflies, including blue morpho, this trip will take 2 hours and half.

11:00am. Arrival back to the village

Break for lunch (additional) We will enjoy a typical Caribbean lunch to please the hungriest of appetites.

12pm  We will take a walk through the Tortuguero Village  and beach, where we will have the opportunity to learn about the history of the town and its inhabitants, ending on the STC, Sea Turtle visitor center and biological station.

1pm Then nature walk at the national park trail

3pm  Return to the boat, we will head back to La Pavona.

4pm Arrival at La Pavona

5pm Arrival at Vista al Tortuguero Hotel
